About the Jaipur Cuisine of Inda

Before opening Jaipur, I was a chef and managed restaurants in Germany and Los Angeles for 15 years.


I wanted to create a restaurant whose food, service and space is loyal to the flavours of India, but is inviting and satisfying to our California tastes. This is what I've tried to do at Jaipur. Our food is flavourful and carefully seasoned appealing to the California taste. Our menu has choices to tempt everyone, and I believe we have something to suit all palettes. Our service is traditional, but in a relaxed style; and our atmosphere is warm and friendly.
